to achieve success during this role you need to have a certificate or associate or equivalent. Minimum of two years’ expertise in AN airline/travel trade. You may be service familiarized with smart social skills. Information in IATA commonplace reservation/ticketing procedures is needed with honest information of world geographic and have established expertise with the Amadeus reservation system.
