Job Description

Position: Manager procurement and planning
Location: Karachi
Qualification: MBA - Preferably in Supply Chain Management.
Experience:

  • Must have 6-8 years of relevant experience preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Must possess sound experience of handling imports and procurement.

Role:

To be too responsible for coming up with, implementing and observance of activities associated with Purchase and buying operations.



Main Accountabilities:

Efficient and effective demand and production about to guarantee stock convenience.
Procurement of staple, packaging material and finished merchandise.
Smooth process of imports and exports operational activities.
Liaison with suppliers/vendors and cross useful departments.
Mentor and develop groups for higher performance.

Competencies and Skills:

Must have robust communication and social skills.
Must have wonderful negotiation skills.
Must be detail oriented.
