Position: DM Administration
Location: Landhi, Karachi
Sector: Manufacturing
Education: Graduation/Masters
Experience: 10 to 13 Years experience
Salary: Market Competitive

Job Responsibilities:

a) Supervise work, transport, canteen and alternative body affairs.
b) Guarantee timely submission & process of all bills, invoices.
c) Recommendation assistant managers and alternative subordinate employees in their routine tasks.
d) Guarantee correct accounting and record of Assets Movements.
e) Guarantee arrangements for conferences / seminars or the other event command in or outside Mill premises.
f) Guarantee compliance of admin policies & procedures at intervals department and by relevant authorities.
g) Method all admin material purchase via PO method.
h) Coordinate with external vendors and assist manager to formulate all deeds, contract, and agreement etc.
i) guarantee timely payment of all dues, bills, rents, government charges, etc.
j) Maintain correct liaison and coordinate with totally different government departments.
