Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager Projects & Procurement

Location: Karachi , Pk
Education: Bachelors degree
Experience: 3 to 5 years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement of Trims & Accessories.
  • Responsible for the procurement of all general articles.
  • Obtaining best rates for best quality against the items mentioned in the PR.
  • Follow up with the Vendor and Concern Department to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Issuing PO to vendors against approved PR. Maintain up to date Procurement documents and Manuals.
  • Worked for vendor Development for better quality and rates. Manage requirement of design department to arrange Accessories as per their requirement.
  • Coordinate with requestors and make sure the right materials needed, find out the sample of material to be purchased if necessary.
  • Provide purchased material to the responsible and do all actions for completing the process.
  • Maintain all records to ensure that procurement process, decision, and are accurately documented for accountability and audit purpose.
