Position: Assistant Manager Dyeing- Lahore
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Education: Bachelor's in Textile Engineering
Experience: 02 to 04 Years

Job Details:

• Understanding of market trends and yarn quality.
• Understanding of dyeing production processes in large scale knitwear manufacturing organization
• Color Understanding & able to run & control shade.
• Well versed in ERP (Oracle based) and MS Office.
• Result Oriented, Persist., Confident, Positive Attitude
• Monitor and supervise dyeing production, laboratory testing's, chemical issuance, monthly stock taking.
• Experience of indigo & sulfur dyeing.
• Must have knowledge of super facial ring dyeing, sustainability & laser effective indigo dyeing.
• Analysis of shade in different garment washing and adjustment according to required wash.
• Follow the laboratory testing to achieve Right first time dyeing.
• Process control for uniform dyeing-Analysis of denim fabric regarding yarn, dyeing, shade and cost.
• Knowledge of different novel yarns e.g. lyocell, viscose, siro, hemp etc. and their dyeing effect on yarn and fabric.
• • Maintain the compliance (EHS, Levi's etc.) in department
